Motivation Monday!
Meet Sian, she has lost an amazing 4st & 4.5lbs, she has kept it off for over a year ⭐️
Even though Sian is a self diagnosed 'fussy eater' she took to food optimising really well and enjoys many different 'free food' meals 🍜🥘.
She was very nervous to join the group at first but soon became very at ease with the friendly people and non judgemental behaviour. Encouraged also by her sister in law.
Sian loves to run and has now ticked off 'running outside of Wales' from her bucket list! 🤸‍♀️
