What is EFT?
EFT (or Tapping) focuses on tapping the 12 meridian points of the body to relieve symptoms of a negative experience or emotion and is particularly helpful to those experiencing and suffering from PTSD.

What are the Meridian points?
Meridian points are specific locations on the body where energy flows, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). They are also known as acupoints. Meridians are similar to the circulatory system in Western medicine, but they are energetic and not visible.

What is Energy Healing through Colours?

Colour energy healing, also known as chromotherapy or colour therapy, is an alternative medicine practice that uses colour to balance a person's energy levels.

Chromotherapists believe that each colour has a unique frequency and wavelength that can impact the body and mind differently. They use this knowledge to try to improve a person's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Chromotherapists believe that different colours can have different effects on the body.

I use colour energy healing by surrounding a person through my third eye in a specific colour of light. I may also suggest incorporating colour into everyday life through clothing, paint, and lighting.

Energy Colour Healing is a HANDS-OFF therapy.

Who is Claire O'Malley?

Some of you may know me via Book Talk Radio Club when I was interviewing authors about their books.

I have had a long term interest in alternative healing, white witchcraft and card readings. Spending my years reading and taking courses in the subjects I am most drawn to, I love helping people to heal and to help them heal themselves.

Currently, I am studying Energetic Diagnostics which I find fascinating as I truly believe that so many ailments are caused through blocked energy which is one of the reasons I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). By completing the course, I will be able to diagnose where the blocks are situated in the body through energy testing techniques.
