I have loved sport from an early age, starting with rugby at the age of 7. I have been a runner since my teenage years, which helped keep me fit for my sport. A large part of my life has been spent working in a large organisation, acquiring all that the skills that come with it, but at the same time I have been a member of a local running club- 3M gorseinon Road Runners- enjoying all the benefits that running brings - health related and social. I have coached at the club for over 10 years and am a qualified Coach in Running Fitness, via UK Athletics. Running is my passion, but equally I love helping other runners improve with coaching - having FUN at the same time.
