I have been learning and practising healing over the last 6 years which has been a life changing experience. Gifted with natural abilities, I have been on a spiritual journey continuing to develop, grow and further my knowledge. I never knew what I wanted to do in life, I moved from job to job looking for fulfillment and purpose never finding it. Then, one day, like a light switch went on, I had my spiritual awakening and I knew there was more to discover. Being a compassionate individual and a strong empath, I have always had a natural pull to want to help others. I have found I am able to do this with healing and it is a blessing to be able to share this gift with others.

We are so lucky to have so many beaches on our doorstep here in Wales!

This is Pendine beach. I am normally one for preferring walks in the woods but it was so lovely to feel the sea air blowing through my locks and to feel the sand and water beneath my feet and toes.

A great time for some grounding, reflection and for being grateful ❤️
