It is any wonder mothers are exhausted and needing support like never before? This article lays out why so well (see link in comments).

Sadly the pandemic and intensive caregiving demands are still having such a huge effect - that coupled with lack of community and support is having such negative consequences 😞

We need to do more to break down this stigma. As this article clearly states, community based peer support groups have such a transformative effect when present in local areas. We are so proud of all the PANDAS groups that operate and are growing in number all the time around the UK. They are a place where you can seek unbiased and non-judgemental support, from people who just get it ❤️🙌 Please do spread the word about our amazing face to face groups and find your nearest via the link in comments below….

We are excited to announce, we are launching another Pandas group in Swansea at Mountain View Children's Centre, Mayhill.

The group will run fortnightly (alternate weeks to the Penlan group) facilitated by the lovely Hannah and Nic. This means there will be Pandas support in Swansea every week.

As we move towards the Christmas period, we want to let you know about a change to our support service hours.

Over the festive season, it’s important for us to ensure our incredible volunteers and team members have some much-needed time to rest and recover. We are also currently experiencing increased levels of illness, and our priority, as always, is to continue offering safe, high-quality support while caring for the wellbeing of the people who make our services possible.

CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
From Friday 19 December to Friday 9 January, our PANDAS support services will operate in line with our office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

The exception to this is our Zoom support call which will run as normal on Thursday 8th January.

PANDAS face to face groups - please do check individual group opening times via their own social channels, which you can find on our website via "services" and "face to face support" tab.

CLOSURE DATES
Please note that ALL of our support services will be closed on the following bank holidays:

Thursday 25th December
Friday 26th December
Thursday 1st January

There will be no PANDAS group on Friday 26th December as it is a Bank Holiday.
