Today at 7pm, families across the world will light a candle in memory of every baby gone too soon.

Baby loss can have a profound impact on mental health. Grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression are common responses to such devastating loss, and the effects can be long-lasting for parents and carers. At PANDAS, we understand that perinatal mental health encompasses the full spectrum of experiences, including loss.

If you're lighting a candle today: you may experience difficult emotions. Be gentle with yourself. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.

If you're supporting someone: your presence matters. Sometimes sitting with someone in their grief is the most powerful thing you can do.

If you need support: we're here. PANDAS provides support for anyone experiencing perinatal mental illness, including those affected by baby loss. There is also incredible support to be found from our friends at and .

Today at 7pm, we'll be thinking of all the babies gone too soon, and holding space for all the families who carry them in their hearts. Please know that you are not alone. ❤️

Sending lots of love.

On , we're holding space for new and expectant parents. The journey into parenthood is profound, but it can also be overwhelming, lonely, and incredibly challenging.

Your mental health matters. The exhaustion, the anxiety, the feeling that you're not doing it "right" – these are real and valid. You are not alone.

To all the mums, dads, and partners: it's okay not to be okay. Support is available, and you deserve to feel well. Let's break the stigma and talk openly about perinatal mental health. 💙
