This took under 10 minutes and ticked every box ✅

– full of flavour (hi, red leicester + edamame + sriracha 🔥💚🧀 — unexpectedly elite combo)

Wholemeal toast, fried eggs, melted cheese, broccoli and edamame — packed with protein, fibre, healthy fats, and a hit of spice.

I wasn’t super hungry, so I didn’t overthink it. Just tuned in, made something quick and delish, and felt good after.
Because honouring your hunger and fullness matters too 👂🍽️
