We’ve been getting our pickle on 🥒🧅🥕!

These homemade pickles are super easy to make – and a great way to use up any veggies. We’ve gone for carrot, onion, beetroot and cucumber 🙌. These are perfect on salads, with meals or straight from the jar 😋!

Make them at home and tailor them to suit you by adding equal quantities of water and white wine vinegar to a jar of veggies, then add chilli flakes, dill, peppercorns, garlic... or any flavourings you want!
