Britain's Got Talent on Saturday night?

Or so I thought.

It's fair to say I've been experiencing a bit of overwhelm. I've felt like everything is happening whilst nothing is happening.

My days are pretty similar starting at 6am when I wake up and finishing at 9pm when I head to bed (don't judge me).

I took a step to try and look after my mental health last week by having a Mind Massage with Yvonne Parker Hypnotherapy . Game changer!

One of my character traits is catastrophisation, and that's what I was doing to my time. The days I thought I was super busy turned out not to be that bad, and the days I thought we're quiet turned out to be the crazy busy ones!

I left with a plan. As old fashioned as it sounds I bought myself a page a day diary! I've tried using an online one, but it just doesn't happen. I've already planned out this week, and feel in control.

Time is what you make of it and "NO" is a full sentence (both Yvonne Parker Hypnotherapy and Taz Thornton have told me that the past week!).

Anyone else prefer a paper diary?

And in walked the imposter!

The one who was 'just a......'

The one who 'only offers....'

The one who claims 'there must have been a mistake?'

The one who doesn't know her worth.......

When I received an e mail from Anita Jaynes at The Business Exchange to say that I, Louise Muir-Sage, had been nominated as one of Swindon & Wiltshire's most inspiring women 2025. I should have been filled with gratitude.

Instead I felt a wave of dread.

Why was my name there?
Who nominated me?
Why would someone do this to me?
I don't do anything special!!!!

That's what I genuinely thought.

You see the problem is when you are told for so long you're worthless, you believe it.

I'm stepping forward though. Because I am worthy, I am proud and I am grateful to be highlighted in such an amazing way.

I shall look forward to tomorrow's event, opposed to feeling like I don't belong.

And today, she said goodbye to the imposter.
