In March, we saw 677 patients in our Saturday Clinics at Swindon Health Centre and Taw Hill Medical Centre. There were also 77 patients who didn’t turn up for their appointment. So Christmas is over and we are all looking forward to 2026 .. why not start the New Year as you mean to go on and if you’ve had your letter, book your cervical screen appointment. Our Saturday Clinics provide the perfect environment with amazing staff .. please get in touch with your own practice to book. We have appointments this weekend at both our sites.

We often see members of the public complaining about access to a GP and not being able to get an appointment. Such a shame that 4317 patients do not appear to understand how not turning up for their appointment impacts on others.

Please read information on guidelines for patients attending the surgery. Due to the rise in flu and respiratory illness we are politely requesting patients follow the below guidance when attending the surgery.

Due to the current UKHSA influenza forecast, from Monday 8th December 2025, we politely request that patients consider wearing a mask if they attend the surgery with respiratory symptoms such as a cough or cold.
