This could be you in 8 weeks.

No crash diets.
No “starting again Monday”.
No guilt.

Just real progress, both physically and mentally.

When 'Sarah' started coaching, she was:
➡️ Stuck in all-or-nothing thinking
➡️ Feeling guilty around food
➡️ Struggling with consistency
➡️ Tired of short-term fixes that didn’t last

She joined right before a busy few weeks, because she was done waiting for the “perfect time.”

And in just 8 weeks, she’s now:
💪 Lifting 100kg on the leg press
🥗 Smashing her protein target with meals she enjoys
🧘‍♀️ Finishing workouts with a relaxing stretch routine
🍷 Enjoying social events without guilt or writing off the weekend
🧠 No longer panicking over the scales, because she feels the change in her body and can see it before her very eyes (and her friends are noticing too!)

Her words?
"This doesn’t feel like a diet, it just feels like my new normal."

Imagine what you could shift in the next 8 weeks with the right support.

Not just in how you look, but how you think, how you feel and how you live.

✨ I’ve got 1 space left for 1:1 coaching starting Monday.

If you’re ready to break the cycle, drop me a message saying 'MONDAY' or book a free call via the link in bio.

I get it. A new diagnosis of high cholesterol can feel incredibly scary.

But the truth is, it's probably been creeping up over the course of years, so you don't have to turn your life upside down the second you get your diagnosis, in fact, you shouldn't.

Which sounds odd, but I see time and time again people burn out by going too extreme with the changes they make too quickly.

Gradual, incremental behaviour change sticks.

Slowly layering habits on top of eachother is sustainable.

That's why my 12-week cholesterol lowering programmes slowly and gradually guide you through diet, exercise, lifestyle and mindset changes.

So you don't burnout. So you don't quit. So you don't resent the process and life you now need to live to protect your heart and lower your cholesterol.

In fact, my clients end up loving their new lifestyle even more than they did before their diagnosis.

DM me 'CHOLESTEROL' if this sounds like exactly what you need!

I know I said yesterday I was taking a break from social media ahead of the wedding, but I got a notification this morning that I've hit 100 days alcohol-free, and I wanted to commemorate this moment 🥳🥳

Without doubt, one of the best decisions I've ever made was taking this break from alcohol. I've never felt such calm, peace and clarity as I have done over the past 3 and a bit months.

What tipped the scales for me was chatting with two separate people on the final weekend I was drinking, who both said how much better life was without it. And it made me realise, you don't ever hear someone who has given up alcohol say they regret it. So I thought heck, why not give it a go and see what happens.

And 100 days later, here we are.

My skins better. My sleeps better. I have more energy. I'm more creative and inspired. I've lost weight despite increasing how much I've been eating. But above all else, my mental health and ability to cope with the ups and downs of life is better than it's ever been.

If you're even a little bit curious, I can't recommend a trial enough. It might just transform your life.

You're probably tired of hearing it by now, but I get married in 5 days!!! 🤯💍

Today was meant to be a content creation day, getting everything scheduled ahead of the big day, but I’m going to take a leaf out of my own coaching book instead.

One of the things I tell my clients all the time is: “A couple of weeks off won’t derail your progress - rest, recharge, and come back stronger when you're ready.”

So that’s exactly what I’m doing.

The Dr Kirstyn hat is coming off for now and I’m diving headfirst into the final countdown to becoming Mrs Grey!

I'll see you on the other side.

I get married in 8 days, and right now I am physically and mentally incapable of giving 100% to any one thing.

Freddie’s had vet visits.
I’ve got multiple projects in the pipeline with the business.
There’s wedding prep.
Personal prep.
I’m trying to exercise, eat well, sleep enough, reply to friends and family… and not take my stress or anxiety out on my poor fiancé.

But the reframe that’s keeping me grounded is the same one I share with my clients all the time:

💫 Your version of 100% will look different every day.
You might only have 30% to give to something, but if you give that 30%, then you are giving your 100%. 💫

And that’s what really counts.

✅ 20 minutes in the gym instead of an hour, still counts.
✅ Two home-cooked meals and one mindful choice on the go, still counts.
✅ Three social media posts instead of seven, still counts.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is meet yourself where you are, with compassion, not criticism, and lower the bar you keep trying to vault over while juggling everything else.

So right now, I’m juggling. Imperfectly, but to the best of my ability.

And that’s more than ok.

“I’m thinking about starting weight loss meds.”
“I was told to have a chat with you first.”

That’s how both of my discovery calls started today.

And here’s what I told them 👇

Just like I’m not anti-statin when it’s clinically needed, I’m not anti-weight loss medications either. They absolutely have their place, for the right person, at the right time.

But my job isn’t to talk anyone out of them. Or into them.

My job is to:
❤️ Listen to your story
❤️ Understand your struggles and what’s important to you
❤️ And if I think I can help, explain how we’d work together

Whether you choose to use meds or not, I can help.
That’s the beauty of working with a health coach who also happens to be a doctor.

📌 You get personalised coaching to build healthy habits
📌 And the medical knowledge to work with other interventions, not against them

I offer free, no pressure discovery calls to everyone.

Comment or DM 'MEDS' to book in!

"Would you trust a random person on the internet with your health?"

That was the question that popped into my head after I found myself texting my partner this:

"I’m excited about this. It’s all the stuff I’ve been putting off for ages. Plus, I know and like her, so it feels safe."

I was talking about someone who’s helping me set up a fully automated lead generation system for my business.

But it struck me, this is exactly how most of my clients find me too.

They don’t choose me because of a viral reel or a perfectly polished website.

They choose me because someone they trust said:
"You should speak to Kirstyn. She gets it."

When it comes to your health, you need to feel safe in someone’s hands.

That’s why I offer a no-pressure, no-obligation chat before anyone signs up.

So you can get to know me, and decide if I’m your person.

Ready to chat? Drop me a message today.

This RARELY EVER HAPPENS, but I had to tell one of my new weight loss clients off on Friday...

Not because she’d gone over calories.
Not because she’d skipped workouts.
(That kind of stuff doesn’t happen round here!)

But because she didn’t reach out earlier in the week when she was struggling.

Coaching is a two-way street. I can’t help if I don’t know what’s going on. And I want nothing more than to help my clients when they need it, not 4 days later. It's the whole reason I advertise that I am available 7-days a week to them.

The goal isn’t just for me to guide them, it’s to build the habit of asking for help when they need it.

Support isn’t just about accountability. It’s about knowing that when things feel tough, you don’t have to figure it out alone. That someone is there for you and in your corner.

So if you're someone who struggles in silence, hoping to "sort it out yourself" instead of asking for help, this is your reminder that you don’t have to.

That’s what coaching is for.

Always here if you need any support.

Well this was a bit of fun 😅

Having three arms to my business certainly keeps me on my toes and there's no doubt that life would be a lot easier if I picked a lane and tripled down on it, but I'm so passionate about each and every one of them that I couldn't turn my back on any of them.

🧡 I couldn't not support people to end yo-yo dieting and enable them to live longer, happier and healthier lives.

💊 I couldn't not provide an alternative option to people desperate to avoid statins and lower their cholesterol naturally.

💼 I couldn't have not collaborated with Jo when we bonded over our joint mantra of 'prevention rather than cure' in HR and Wellbeing in the corporate world.

I naively never imagined the stress of being a business owner would actually surpass that of being a doctor, but it's a stress I'd pick a million times over.

I wholeheartedly believe that I can positively impact more lives in a bigger way now than I ever could working in an NHS hospital.

I wasn't meant to treat illness and disease, I was meant to help prevent it from occurring in the first place.

Cheers to that 🥂

I get married in just under 6 months and I want to feel my best on my wedding day, which includes losing a little body fat.

But I absolutely categorically do not want to eat or drink any less to achieve my goals. Oh, and I also don't want to track calories, so what the hell am I going to do?!

1 - Keep staple meals the same, but reduce the higher calorie ingredients and replace with more high volume, low calorie density foods like fruits and veg. This keeps them as big and as filling, but reduces the total calories for each meal.

2 - I drink alcohol every weekend, which can quickly add up. Some ciders have almost 300 calories per bottle! So I'll be swapping most drinks to single gin and slimlines, which come in at only 60 calories.

3 - I'll include a little of the food I love when I want it, enjoying it mindfully and free from distractions, so I'm satisfied and don't feel the need to have larger portions.

4 - Track progress towards my goals with multiple metrics, including scales, photos, how my clothes feel, how I feel, my performance in the gym etc etc. If in 6 months I weigh the same but everything else has improved, who blooming cares what they say?!?

5 - 20 minutes cycling 4-7x a week. I might burn around 500 calories a week doing this, but over the course of 6 months that's 13000 calories, or 3.5 pounds of fat.
((**note how my goal isn't 20 minutes every day, that's because life is unpredictable and if I aim for everyday and have to miss one, I might beat myself up, so I've set a range target which is achievable whether my week is busy or calm.))

If you're a 2025 bride and are stressing about your diet or exercise routine ahead of the big day, my DM's are always open for free advice or a listening ear 🧡
