A reminder to all patients that we are offering both COVID-19 and flu vaccines this autumn/winter to help protect our patients.

COVID-19 vaccine eligibility:

✅ Residents in a care home for older adults
✅ All adults aged 75+
✅ People aged 6 months+ who are immunosuppressed

Flu vaccine eligibility:

✅ Pregnant women
✅ Young children, school-aged children, and children in clinical risk groups
✅ All adults aged 65+
✅ Adults in clinical risk groups
✅ Care home residents,
✅ Carers
✅ Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
✅ Frontline social care workers.
