Stress Awareness Month is an important reminder that managing work‑related stress is a core part of protecting people’s health. HSE England continues to highlight the need for employers to identify stress risks early and put effective controls in place.
We support organisations in recognising, managing and reducing workplace stress through practical guidance, clear risk management and proactive health and wellbeing support. We also encourage people to access specialist support when needed organisations such as Combat Stress provide valuable advice, tools and confidential support for those experiencing high levels of stress.
Supporting mental health is essential to creating safe, healthy and resilient workplaces not just this month, but all year round!
