🌱 Struggling to Understand or Manage Emotions? You’re Not Alone.

For both children and adults, emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or even invisible.
• Children may act out or shut down when they don’t have the words to express how they feel.
• Adults may carry stress, anger, or sadness without realizing how deeply it’s affecting their lives.

💡 Therapy offers a safe space to explore and recognise how to:
✨ Recognize and name emotions
✨ Build healthier coping strategies
✨ Improve communication and relationships
✨ Develop tools for resilience and self-understanding

Whether for you or your child, support is available.
Let’s work together to turn emotional confusion into emotional growth

“Without self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence, we can feel stuck in doubt and negativity—but building them opens the door to growth, strength, and a more fulfilling life.” 🌎 🍃

It is one of the greatest privileges of my work to walk alongside people on their therapeutic journey. Supporting someone as they explore their inner world, face challenges, and discover new strengths is not only meaningful, but one of my deepest joys. Every session is a reminder of the courage it takes to open up, and I am continually humbled by the trust that clients place in me.

To witness growth, resilience, and healing unfold over time is truly the biggest pleasure of my professional life. Therapy, at its heart, is about connection, compassion, and creating space for transformation — and I feel honored every day to be part of that process.

🌱 The Hidden Weight of Workplace Struggles on Mental Health

For many, work isn’t just a place we go — it’s where we spend a large part of our lives. When the demands become overwhelming, the effects can seep far beyond the office walls.

📌 The Impact of Work Struggles
• High workload & long hours can lead to exhaustion, burnout, and difficulty switching off after work.
• Unclear expectations or lack of support can fuel stress, frustration, and feelings of inadequacy.
• Conflict or toxic environments can erode self-esteem and create anxiety that lingers outside of work hours.

📌 The Mental Health Connection
Prolonged work stress isn’t “just part of the job” — it can contribute to:
• Sleep problems and fatigue
• Irritability and mood changes
• Difficulty concentrating
• Anxiety, depression, or burnout

💬 You’re Not Alone
If work is affecting your mental wellbeing, it’s a sign your body and mind need support — not a sign of weakness. Counselling can help you:
• Explore healthy boundaries
• Develop coping strategies
• Rebuild resilience and confidence

🌿 Your wellbeing matters as much as your work. If you’re feeling the weight of workplace struggles, reaching out is a powerful first step toward balance and healing

🌿 Trauma & Attachment: Understanding the Connection

Our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves, how we trust, and how we respond to others.
When those bonds are disrupted by trauma, neglect, or instability, it can affect not only our relationships — but also our behaviours and emotional responses.

You may notice:
• Difficulty trusting others
• Pulling away when someone gets close
• Feeling “too much” or “not enough”
• Wanting closeness but fearing it
• Feeling on edge or easily triggered
• Shutting down emotionally when stressed

These patterns are not permanent. With the right support, you can:
• Build healthier, more secure connections
• Respond to challenges with greater calm and confidence
• Trust yourself and others
• Feel safe and valued in relationships

Healing begins in a safe, supportive environment — one where your experiences are understood, your behaviours make sense, and your needs are respected.

Brought my daughter into my space today — the room I built from scratch, where I get to do what I love every day 💫
She walked in, looked around and said, “Mum… this is actually amazing.” 🥹

That moment hit me hard.
Because a younger me never thought this would be possible.
Not just qualifying… but creating a business, a purpose, a place that’s mine.

And now, I get to show her that chasing your dream isn’t just a saying — it’s something real. Something she can do too. 💛

🌿 It’s Okay to Say No: Honoring Your Boundaries 🌿

You are allowed to say no—without guilt, without explanation, and without fear.

Setting healthy boundaries is not selfish—it’s self-respect. It’s how we protect our time, energy, and emotional well-being.

Whether it’s declining an invitation, stepping away from draining conversations, or asking for space—you are not “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “difficult.” You are honoring your needs, and that is an act of courage.

💬 Saying “no” to others often means saying “yes” to yourself.
💡 Boundaries help build healthier relationships—not walls, but bridges built on mutual respect.

If you’re finding it hard to set boundaries or feel overwhelmed by guilt when you try, you’re not alone. That’s something we can work through together.

💛 You deserve peace, and that starts with knowing your limits and choosing to protect them.

I am a registered BACP counsellor offering a warm, safe, and confidential space where individuals can explore life’s challenges and emotional struggles. My approach is rooted in person-centred counselling, which places you—the client—at the heart of the process. I believe in creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly heard, valued, and understood.

I have qualifications in trauma, attachment, and loss, and I understand how these experiences can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. My aim is to help you make sense of these experiences and support you in finding ways to heal, grow, and move forward with greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

In addition to my counselling qualifications, I bring 8 years of experience working within Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) settings. This has given me a broad understanding of complex emotional needs and how to provide thoughtful, compassionate support in both structured and flexible ways. I’ve worked with individuals facing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and self-esteem issues.

I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs, offering a calm and empathetic presence. Whether you’re navigating a period of transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Reaching out for support is a brave and important step. You don’t have to face things alone. I’m here to help you begin that journey with kindness, respect, and care.

🌿 Feeling Overwhelmed by Daily Life? You’re Not Alone. 🌿

Life can feel heavy sometimes — the constant pressure to keep up, be productive, stay strong, and smile through it all. Whether it’s work stress, relationship strain, parenting challenges, or just the quiet weight of “holding it all together,” it’s okay to feel like it’s a lot.

💬 Maybe you’ve been thinking:
• “I should be able to handle this.”
• “Everyone else seems to be coping.”
• “I don’t want to burden anyone.”

Here’s the truth: You don’t have to do it all alone.

Talking to a counsellor can give you a safe space to exhale, unpack what’s on your mind, and find clarity and calm in the chaos.

✨ You deserve support. You deserve peace. You deserve to be heard.

If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to walk with you.
