We had our first Little Adventurers class on Friday 😁. Launching a new class was a little daunting but everyone enjoyed themselves which was amazing.

We enjoyed a story and some nursery rhymes before the little ones were set free to explore and play. All while the parents were able to chat and connect.

We had a nice hot drink and cookie too 🍪.

Here's a little behind the scenes of Squishy Munchkins.

Luckily this weekend my husband was home so I didn't have to worry about childcare ☺️.

There really is no stopping as a mum and small business owner, even when you're not feeling 100%.

The smiles from the birthday boy, a beautiful rainbow and time with my girls is more than enough to make it all worth while.

Come and join us to help you celebrate Mothers Day.

These classes will start with some baby massage/ baby yoga for the younger ones, followed by footprint keepsakes, photo opportunities, a hot drink and sweet treat. For the older ones we will have story time and nursery rhymes, followed by footprint keepsakes, photo opportunities, a hot drink and sweet treat ☺️.

You will each receive a personalised goody bag which will have a free standing wire knit flower with your babies name on the stem, a sensory toy for your little one and a chocolaty treat.

We have a wide variety of colours available for you to be able to fully personalise your order.

Prices for our wire knit names are as below:
£10 for up to 4 letters then extra £1 per additional letter.
Adding a shape at the end (flower, heart, leaf) is an extra £2

We had such a lovely time at our teddy bears picnic this week 🧸.

In our yoga class there was lots of playing with the sensory setup. We sang lots of songs and had a great time.

In our massage class we learnt the strokes for the face and back, completing our routine.

I can't believe it's week 5 again next week. The courses seem to go quicker each time!

We are so excited to be starting our specials with one of the most common concerns that is raised in our classes...... sleep!

Lack of sleep can make everything that little bit harder. So join us in welcoming Cesca from who will be here to share tips to help your little one sleep.

We will open the sessions with some baby massage/baby yoga or story time and nursery rhymes before moving onto our sleep focus. We'll also create a cute footprint keepsake. Plus you'll have time for a hot/ cold drink and sweet treat ☺️.

Hi. Here is a little reintroduction to myself and Squishy Munchkins.

Squishy Munchkins has been the scariest and most fulfilling thing I've ever done.

Being a parent is a full on role that's feels much easier when you can connect with other new parents going through the same phases as you. I found this by going to baby groups with my girls and it's one of my main aims for our classes.

I love my children dearly, but when did 6am become a lay in???

One of the joys of parenthood is learning to function on minimal sleep. Be that from multiple wake ups, being kicked when cosleeping or those lovely early morning wakeups 🤣.

If you need a place to share these joys to other parents then come along to a Squishy Munchkins baby class ☺️.

We will also be having a Sleep Special with a local sleep expert to offer advice and support 😴.

We had another lovely week in our baby yoga and baby massage classes. We had lots of toys and to explore in our sensory setup.

There were lots of smiles and chatty little ones.

Here is a sneak peak in one of our sensory baskets. Each week we have different items available to entertain you little ones in our baby massage and baby yoga classes.

These baskets are designed to help with eye tracking, hearing and touch. All while playing games and having fun with your little one.

We often get asked where we find the items, so they can more be purchased as a sensory bag. Price dependent on which items you would like.

We love seeing the first expression when people see their face painted ☺️. We also love the honour of doing a first face paint.

We strive to bring entertainment and sparkle to any event with our cosmetic grade paints and good hygiene to prevent any cross contamination.

When we started face painting last year we priced ourselves at the lower end of the charging bracket due to being new. However with all the experience we have gained this year we have decided to put our prices up to include this. Our prices for 2026 are £45 for the first hour and £35 per hour for subsequent hours. However after 6pm there is small additional charge.

Slight change to our February course time table ☺️. We had people asking for our new Little Adventurers class on an alternate day. So we have added it to the start of our Thursday lineup too ☺️.

All of our classes are warm, welcoming and friendly. Being a mum of two I know it can feel like a fight getting ready and out of the door, so just come as you are ☺️. Our classes are baby led so please don't worry if you need to feed, change or cuddle your little one.

Each week we have a different sensory setup for your little ones to explore with plenty of time for cute photos too.
