🌟 New fitness opportunity for older adults! 🌟
I'm thinking of starting a couple of fun, low-impact exercise classes for adults 55+ in Watchfield.
🪑 One is a purely seated class for those who struggle with mobility & balance but still want to keep moving.
🙂 The second is a standing class to improve balance, strength and flexibility.
Both classes will provide:
✅ Gentle movements within your own ability
✅ Light strength training to boost your energy
✅ A welcoming, social atmosphere
