Calories- 1834/1900
Protein - 102g
Fibre - 40g

Breakfast - Cherry yoghurt with frozen raspberries. A banana and a cappuccino.
L - Tikka chicken salad. Eggs & energy drink.
T - Chicken hotpot and veg.
S - Hula hoops. Kinder bars. Fibre brownie. 3x coffees, protein water and an apple.

Calories - 1833/1900
Protein - 89g
Fibre - 10g

B - Cappuccino.
L - KFC - Zinger burger box meal.
T - Wasn't hungry as had the lunch really late so to get the calories in had a protein drink.
S - Apple, Banana, kinder chocolate, a jaffa cake and a coffee.

No one warns you how emotional losing weight is!!

I like to be raw and honest so share all sides of my journey. Don't know why but wearing matching pj's with my little girl has set me right off today. In a happy way but also sad for the girl I used to be if even makes sense!?

I cannot even tell you how much calorie counting and losing the weight has truly changed my life. I actually feel like I have a life again and I'm not just living waiting for another day to end!

I have dreamed forever to be able to wear matching clothes to my kiddies. You know you see family pyjama photos at Xmas etc, I longed for that for so long. But I could never fit in the pj's, even the men's biggest ones were too small. To now be able to go into a shop and be able to have such a big choice of clothing and be able to match my children is amazing!!

Got these pj's for mother's day today so just sharing cos how cute are they ❤️❤️

Weigh day for me - Well tracking day as i weigh daily and take a weekly average. I track my weekly weight on nutracheck but my average loss on my weigh in chart. It's insane to me to be this weight. Really struggling with what I guess is body dysmorphia currently. I feel so much bigger than I am.

Anyway 1.06lb off this week and new lowest low weight this morning ❤️

If I can lose the weight and change my life. I promise you anyone reading this who wants to, or who already is, can too!! 💜

I dont think I'll ever get used to being a smaller size!!!

Crazy thing is when I was a size 28 I felt smaller than that. And dare I say as it doesn't feel right typing it still. That now im a size 14 I feel bigger than the size 28. Like I know im smaller I can see it in my mirror and my phone, and obviously feel smaller, but I cannot process it at all!!

Anyway got a new gym set so this is my OOTD! Also noticed i have a label or something stuck to the back of my leg, let's ignore that 🤦‍♀️🤣

My daughter bought me some new PJs ❤️❤️

I do apologise i keep going on about not believing im in the size I'm wearing. But unless you've been morbidly, infact clinically obese and never fitted in "normal" clothes, i dont think you'll fully understand just how strange it is to be able to wear standard sized clothing.

WIEIAD for fatloss currently 9 stone 6 lbs down & steps for today - Be upping my cals Monday as managing to keep activity levels up finally 🙌

Calories - 1687/1644
Protein - 117g
Fibre - 23g

B - 2x Coffees, yoghurt a small pack of biscuits.
L - Stuffed pepper. Stuffed mushroom and grilled cherry tomatoes.
T - Home made harrisa chicken kebabs - well on flatbread bur same concept and s**t tonne of salad with garlic sauce
S - Crisps. 3 snowballs. Coffee. Lucozade.
