We trialled a different slot today to enable mums to grab them self a little moment of calm before the school run storm. Also handy for those who don’t work typical 9-5 mon - fri.

Sound and a little somatic practice to bring us back into balance.

Gorgeous afternoon combining gentle
Yoga, Sound and Reiki with The Lilly Project for Harpurhey Togethers' week of Wellness Events.

It was an honour to be part of this community event and to meet some lovely new faces.

For our regulars don't worry The Lilly Project has taken a little break, but it's just a pause while we get things in order.

Whilst I wasn't facilitating the sound for this event as | should have been out of the country, it was lovely to be on the receiving end for a change. 🥰

The amazing and very experienced Sharon guided the group through Yoga and Sound. Our lovely friend and Reiki Master Jean was also on hand to deliver Healing throughout.

Thank you to all the lovely souls who attended last nights Ground with Sound.

I didn't take any pics as there was a lot going on.
It was a lovely way to welcome in Spring with you all:

Herbal teas on arrival as we settled into space
Relaxation techniques
Ritual intention setting with Rose Germanium and Bay
Intentional Oracle card pulls
Shamanic Drum meditation
Sound journey with Crystal bowls & other instruments
Energetic clearing
A full room of friendliness and chatter soon descended into peace and tranquility.
I know | slept well! G

Looking forward to our next Sound and meditation event.. a week today.

Need to double check but I think we are currently full for this event.. I do take wait lists as numbers can fluctuate.

A reminder..

I don't just hold Sound baths and Womens’ Circles.

1 am also trained in Reiki L2 (almost 9 years) and hollistic therapies ..currently just offering Thai foot massage and Indian head massage (although I do have other hollistic quals so perhaps I may bring some back).

Indian head and Thai foot massage are lovely as stand alone treatments.. but they pair well specifically with Reiki as an add on!

When I changed the name of my SM handles I removed anything with the old name/branding.
I will be updating my social media very soon to reflect my current work offerings.

In the meantime if you are interested in booking or would just like to enquire about the above mentioned treatments I would love to hear from you,

Big love to all women, we are all sisters.

Though we may have many differences, we share similarities too.

There are still so many injustices, especially on a global scale, that women face today, and it's important that we unite.

Last year I held a walk & talk with cold dip event to raise funds for . This year 1 am committing to do more charitable work and hopefully raise funds and awareness for issues close to my heart.

It would be lovely to have some support for such things, and I also welcome collaborations with like minded women. 🙏🏼🌸

Thank you to the lovely ladies that came to Sound last week at my new venue in Mossley.
It was lovely to meet and have a nice chat at the end.
Everyone reported feeling much calmer afterwards and I'm not surprised, there were moments during playing where I was feeling it so intensely too ☺️🙏🏼
