3 years ago today I took the leap and left a permanent role to set up on my own.

What a 3 years it's been!!

There's been many down days, but also many days where we have been on top of the world!!

I constantly have to remind myself that all the hard work is worth it in the end for our family.

We couldn't do it without our customers, so thank you to everyone for your support!

Remember, when you support a small business, you are not paying a huge CEO salary, you are helping pay for our daughter to play American football and our son to go to a wonderful childminder.

A big thank you to Zoe Walker and Nicola Lyndon for always providing the best home from home care while me and Sami Ridgard work so hard, you are amazing!

🏈 Game Day with My Favorite Teammate 🏈

American Football: Britbowl ###VII 🏆

Took the day off and swapped phone calls and emails for stadium seats!
Nothing better than a father-daughter day full of American football, snacks, and nonstop fun.

Highlights of the day:

🍭Sugary treats for breakfast
👏 New merch costing me a fortune 😅
🏈Teaching her how this sport works
🙌High-fives after every big play
😅Her asking a million questions

And a very proud moment of the day for me was at half time they asked if the kids could come on to the field and have a go at throwing and catching the ball, my little girl steps up and smashes it !!! The team then asks me if she would come down and train with them next Sunday as they see potential in her 😍 🏈 👏

Work can wait. These moments? They can’t.

Just a dad, his girl, and a love for the game.

Today’s adventure 🙌

Full-on Poo Diving Championships 2025 🏆

Venue: One very glamorous manhole chamber.

Contestants: Just me, my face mask, my ear defenders and the mysterious “floaters” of the deep.

Some people go scuba diving in the Caribbean… I dive into drains so your loos keep flushing smoothly. 💩 🚽 😅

Moral of the story: I get dirty so you don’t have to. Call me when your pipes decide to rebel!

Today, Myself and a group of amazing people will walk for more than miles.

Our mental health group is setting out on a 60+ mile walking challenge—not just to test our legs, but to prove the strength of our minds and the power of community.

Every step is a stand against stigma. Every mile is a reminder that we are stronger than our struggles. And when the road gets tough, we’ll walk it together—because none of us are alone on this journey.

This isn’t just a challenge. It’s a statement: resilience lives here. 💪🧠💚

So yesterday we finally had chance to have a family day out 🙌💙

Between running the business, as well as evenings and weekends and my wife having a full time position in HR, life is absolutely crazy 😅

Trying to find the work/home life balance has been tough, but yesterday was a firm reminder of why we need time with the kids to have fun ☺️💙

Back working again today, but looking forward to another family day out soon.

P.S - Jaxon hated Gully, hence the face 🤣🤣🤣
