I am an Integrative Therapist with over ten years experience, qualified in therapeutic counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E - a "transdiagnostic" personalised psychological treatment for eating disorders, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Rewind Therapy and Reiki. Currently based at the High Vibe Yoga Cabin every Tuesday between 10 am - 5 pm offering Reiki and Reiki + sessions. Located at Grangewood Garden Centre, Tamworth, the yoga cabin offers a peaceful and serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. I offer face-to-face sessions in the comfort of your own home Wednesday - Saturday between 5 pm - 8 pm*. Currently offering:

- Reiki healing sessions
- Reiki Distance healing
- Reiki+ (A therapeutic blend of Reiki healing & counselling
- Integrative Therapy
- CBT-E sessions
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

*extra charges for travel may apply depending on location
