Payment by cash or bank transfer, receipt will be emailed which will also state lotto ticket number.
Name, contact number and email address for each entrant required, will be used to notify of lotto result. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
60min treatment must be redeemed by 28/02/23.
If winner unable to redeem by this date, another lotto ball will be randomly selected and prize offered to another entrant.
