Hi everyone 👋🏻
Life is busy, unpredictable and sometimes overwhelming. I help people bring simple practical mindfulness into their daily lives making it an accessible tool for managing stress, anxiety and life’s challenges. I want to show you that mindfulness doesn’t need to be just something else on the to do list.
I know firsthand how powerful mindfulness can be, not just in theory but in real life when it helped (& continues to help) me through a difficult time in my life. During the pandemic I worked one to one with people both online and in person, guiding them to use mindfulness in a way that truly makes a difference. More recently I’ve deepened my own practice, reinforcing how these small shifts can create big changes.
Mindfulness isn’t about siting for hours in meditation or learning complex techniques. My approach is about finding what works for you – bringing mindfulness into your day in a way that feels natural and sustainable for you to continue using this daily and in difficult times.
So, whether you are navigating stress, feeling overwhelmed or just looking for more balance, I’d love to support you in discovering how mindfulness can help.
