I think they should here about some of the life changing stories we see in group from members who started on the 12 week referral program who have now gone on to lose 8 or 9 stone and are no longer in need of diabetic medication etc. This help to get members started on their journeys is so important. It will be a huge shame if this is stopped.

🧡 Baked Feta Pasta 🧡

A simple recipe from the SW App this evening for tea.

2 onions 🧅
Garlic 🧄 (I used 2 tbspns of lazy garlic)
1 x 180g block of feta cheese 🧀
700g plum tomatoes 🍅
400g penne pasta
I bag of fresh basil 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil the pasta
Place the cheese in the centre of a large baking dish, surround with the chopped onions, whole tomatoes and garlic and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Chop the basil 🌿
Take out the oven and pop the tomatoes then stir it all up into a sauce adding the basil and the drained pasta.
Delicious 😋
(Note - 1/4 of the dish counts as 1 x healthy 🅰️ choice. Do not use reduced fat feta, it doesn’t work and tastes awful 😣
