๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ณ๐ฎ๐๐ - ( unless I canโt count Iโm sure thereโs 4 and donโt forget to sub the raspberries because they are cooked)
You'll need ๐:
2 x 115g pot no-added-sugar fat-free raspberry yogurt
2 x small eggs
80g plain porridge oats
100g fresh raspberries, plus extra to serve
Here's what to do ๐ฉโ๐ณ:
1๏ธโฃ Heat up your oven to 200ยฐC/fan 180ยฐC/gas 6 ๐ฅ.
2๏ธโฃ Stir together the yogurt and eggs in a bowl, then tip in the oats and raspberries and mix well ๐ฅฃ.
3๏ธโฃ Evenly divide the mixture between 6 holes of a non-stick muffin tin and bake for 35 minutes, until cooked through and browned ๐ฅฎ.
4๏ธโฃ Enjoy with your extra raspberries ๐
