A nourishing evening of complete relaxation for both men and women — because deep rest is something we all need.

Join me for a calming, soft-lite Yoga Nidra to gently release tension, reset your nervous system and restore your energy.

This deeply restful guided meditation is done lying down, wrapped in blankets, allowing body and mind to fully switch off. Perfect if you feel tired, busy, overwhelmed or simply in need of a peaceful pause.

After our practice, stay and enjoy ☕ herbal tea & cake
A warm, friendly end to a soothing evening.

No yoga experience needed.

Hello lovely yogis,

February/March 6 week yoga course is open for booking now & I'd you love you to join me on the mat.

A gentle friendly class with space to breathe, stretch and reset, as we come out of winter.

My sessions are suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga or anyone wanting calm movement in a supportive group.

Both classes at Brittons Ash Community Hall, Mondays 6pm & Tuesday's 5:30pm.

I create a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel supported from the moment you walk. Every step is about creating a calm environment for you.
