What a morning, we are still buzzing! We took a leap and hired a hall, as Steve Extance and I continue to learn on the job 😂 Seeing the place come alive and so many happy faces was just the biggest reward.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and filled the room with such amazing energy, and to my Mum for doing all the baking and serving the drinks! We can’t wait for the next one! ❤️✨

What an amazing drumming circle we had last weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who came along. We had an absolute blast and the time just flew by! By the end, we had basically every instrument in the house out, and things went to a whole new level! Here’s a clip of some Drumming before things went really wild 😂🎶🙌🏻

We had an amazing evening last night hosting Antony Doveton who joined us to offer a Mediumship Demonstration! It was a full house with 20 lovely people squeezed into the lounge. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the insights and personal readings, some of which were quite unexpected!

There was also time to chat, mingle and make new connections during the evening. For us it’s so wonderful to see everyone openly discussing these topics and finding common ground. We love creating that kind of environment!

We’re always looking for new ways to bring people enriching experiences and to share and educate on various subjects, so we are especially thankful to Antony, and everyone who joined us last night! 💫

🌿 Making Time for Mindful Hobbies 🌿

In today’s fast paced world, it’s so easy to let our hobbies fall by the wayside. At school I enjoyed art but it wasn’t a regular hobby as horses were my passion!

Recently I’ve had a couple of requests, and although I find it very hard to sit down and actually get started, something magical happens once I do…

💫Time slows down.
💫My mind goes quiet.
💫I become fully immersed in the process.

It is the same presence I feel when I am with my horses in the arena, completely grounded and focused on the moment.

💚 Mindful hobbies such as drawing, painting, gardening, music or time with animals can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and boost mood and wellbeing by encouraging the release of dopamine.

This is my current work in progress. The more I give myself permission to create, the more peace and joy it brings. 🕊️

So if you have been thinking about revisiting an old hobby or trying something new this is your gentle reminder to give yourself that gift of time!
