Time has absolutely flown by since our last Drumming Circle.🪘Here’s a little clip from a few weeks ago when we were joined by a lovely group of people for a Sunday morning drum, some tea & cake and a good laugh! 🍰

Messing about and having some fun is really what it’s all about! My stomach definitely had a workout during the attempts at a Mexican wave on the drums…! 😂

Drumming circles are for everyone. You don’t need any musical experience at all. The rhythm naturally brings people together, helps reduce stress, lifts your mood and gets you out of your head and into the moment. 🙌🏻

We’re trying something a little different next time and doing an evening session, let me know if you fancy joining us on:

This morning we held our second Drumming Circle at Kingston St Mary Village Hall, and what a way to start the day! 🙌🏻

Thank you so much to everyone who came along and made it such a fun and uplifting session. There was brilliant energy, great rhythms and the tea and cake went down okay too! ☕🍰

It’s so special to see people coming together, learning new skills and having a laugh! We’re hoping to make this a regular gathering, so keep your eyes peeled for the next date 👀

Bonus points if you can guess what rhyme we’re Drumming here… 😉🪘

What a morning, we are still buzzing! We took a leap and hired a hall, as Steve Extance and I continue to learn on the job 😂 Seeing the place come alive and so many happy faces was just the biggest reward.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and filled the room with such amazing energy, and to my Mum for doing all the baking and serving the drinks! We can’t wait for the next one! ❤️✨

What an amazing drumming circle we had last weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who came along. We had an absolute blast and the time just flew by! By the end, we had basically every instrument in the house out, and things went to a whole new level! Here’s a clip of some Drumming before things went really wild 😂🎶🙌🏻
