I am DBS cleared and a mother of two. I also love babies!

2 Hour Package (Single - £95 / two adults - £145)

- Childcare - max two children up to nursery age
- 45 minute infrared sauna session
- 30 minute red light therapy session
- 15 minute mobiliser back massage
- Option to share the experience

I.5 hour package (Single - £75)

- Childcare - max two children up to nursery age
- 45 minute infrared sauna session
- 15 minute mobiliser back massage

Both options include:

- Hot and cold drinks
- Fresh towels & robes
- Essential oil infused chilled towels

The room is entirely yours and there is no hurry. I'm just next door if you need me or I am happy to sit in the room with you and your child / children.

If you would like to bring a friend I can happily look after two young ones. There's room for two adults in the sauna cabin.
