✨️ Myofascial Cupping Therapy ✨️

This post is simply to show the process of cupping.
We have the during, immediately after and a couple days after.

Having the cups on looks like it should be painful, but it isnt, its a mini vacuum holding the skin and stretching the under laying tissues.
Immediately after on my non tattooed leg you can see some darker spots, those are areas of great restriction, but honestly they look way better than I was expecting, it can be a lot darker.
And then a couple days after, all the dark spots have gone and the movement is massively improved.

✨️ Myofascial Cupping ✨️

I did my own Quads, my own very sensitive Quads.

Giving my own body that much needed TLC to get my through training and keep me feeling mobile.
This was really quick and easy, cupping just takes off the edge, it helps by stretching the layers of tissue and muscles creating more space for glide and movement.
Half an hour and done, or you can add it to a full sports massage for even better treatment and results.

The video has been sped up and I cut most of the stretching i did whilst I had the cups on, but I moved out of frame.

I have suffered with bad back pain since my first pregnancy in 2022, had failed epidurals that have also caused problems in my back. Bonnie has been my life saver. Coming out of a session with Bonnie - my back feels lighter and I don’t feel the need to hunch due to tightness, tension and pain. I really couldn’t recommend Bonnie enough.
