🌊 Meet Jo – our fearless Registered Manager at TFF!
While most of us are still battling our snooze buttons, Jo is already plunging into icy waters like a true wild swimming warrior! Jo joined the TFF family in 2024 and has been shaking things up ever since. With 20 years of fostering experience across a variety of roles, she brings a powerhouse of knowledge, warmth, and wisdom to the team. When she’s not leading with heart at her desk, you’ll find Jo rocking out at gigs, camping under the stars, or cooking up a legendary roast for her beautiful family and friends. She’s all about adventure, connection, and making a splash—literally!

Rich has been part of The Fostering Foundation family for just over a year, leading the way as our Therapeutic Clinical Lead! With 25 years of experience working with children and young people. Rich found his true calling in fostering and therapy 18 years ago.

He brings boundless enthusiasm and a person-centred approach, thanks to his background in counselling. Trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Rich is all about supporting our fostering families with heart and expertise.

He’s famous for championing PACE—playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy—as the secret sauce for positive connections with children and young people! 🌈✨

🌟 Meet Rebecca! 🌟
With 15 years of social work superpowers, Rebecca’s journey kicked off in London, where she first caught the fostering bug at an Independent Fostering Agency. She’s since made waves in Hertfordshire’s Targeted Youth Support team—helping keep families together and supporting young people. If that’s not enough, Rebecca also sits on the panel for an IFA in Taunton, but we’re lucky she’s so active in our Exeter region as a fabulous Social Worker, always flying the flag for our amazing foster carers and young people within TFF! 🚀💙
