Lunch is the one that usually gets left.

Breakfast happens because you’re at home.
Dinner happens because everyone needs feeding.

But lunch?
It’s rushed, skipped, or grabbed last minute when you’re already starving.

And that’s usually where the day starts to unravel.

You end up:

* picking at things
* relying on coffee
* or eating whatever’s quickest (and never quite satisfying)

It’s not a motivation issue.
It’s just a lack of structure in the middle of a busy day.

What actually helps is keeping it simple.

A few go-to options.
Some food prepped or ready to throw together.
Meals that actually fill you up (not just leaves and vibes).

Nothing fancy.
Nothing different every day.
Just enough to keep you steady.

This is the kind of thing I focus on with my clients —
simple structure that fits into real life, not around it.

It’s often the bit that makes everything else feel easier.

I’m also working on something behind the scenes at the moment for this exact kind of thing…

If you feel like you just need a bit of structure and accountability to get back on track (without full 1:1 coaching), keep an eye on my stories this week 🤍

You don’t need to overcomplicate your food.

A few simple things done consistently
make far more difference than all the noise online.

If this feels like what you’ve been missing…

You don’t “lose control” in the evenings.

You run out of steam.

After a full day of being “good”…
eating light…
rushing meals…
putting yourself last…

Of course 8pm hits and it all unravels.

This isn’t a discipline problem.

It’s a pattern.

The all-or-nothing cycle that keeps you stuck:
good all day
over it by night
start again Monday

…repeat.

The fix isn’t more willpower.

It’s learning how to:
– eat enough during the day
– build meals that actually satisfy you
– stop relying on starting over

So your evenings don’t feel like a battle anymore.

I’ve got 2 coaching spaces for May.

If you’re done starting over every week and want this sorted properly:

Message me “MAY” now
and I’ll send you the details.

“Eat 30g of fibre a day.”

You will have heard this…
but no one actually shows you what that looks like day to day.

So you either:

♡ try to add loads at once and feel bloated
♡ assume you are not doing it right
♡ or give up because it feels like too much

It is well-meaning advice.
But on its own, it is not that helpful.

What actually works is building it in across your day.

A bit more at breakfast.
A better choice at lunch.
Meals that actually keep you full.

That is how it starts to add up without overthinking it.

The good news?
You have just found the side of the internet that helps you make this work in real life.

If you are ready for this to feel easy and consistent…
message me “APRIL” and I will send you the details of how to work with me 🤍

You’re not struggling with weight loss because you’re doing nothing.
You’re struggling because you’ve been told to eat less and just “be better”.

Most of the women I work with aren’t overeating all day.

It’s usually the opposite…

- Coffee for breakfast
- Something quick or light at lunch
- Picking at bits through the afternoon

Then by the evening they’re exhausted.

Kids, work, broken sleep, everything else on their plate.

And that’s when it starts to feel harder to “stay on track”.

So you end up in that cycle of
- trying to be really good
- holding it together all day
- then feeling like it’s gone out the window later on

Not because you’ve got no willpower.
But because you’ve not actually eaten enough to support yourself.

And no one really talks about that part.

If you’re stuck in this pattern and can’t seem to get out of it, this is where I come in.

If you’ve been thinking about getting some support with this, there’s more info in my bio.

Busy day ahead? Me too. So I’m keeping dinner really simple tonight.

This comes in at around £8 for the 4 of us and we’ll still have leftovers, which you can freeze and use to feed the kids next week. Always feels like a win ♡

Nothing fancy, just:
Mince, pasta, tinned tomatoes and a few veggies.

This is exactly the kind of meal I rely on when I don’t have the energy to overthink it, but still want something filling and balanced.

You don’t need complicated recipes or loads of ingredients to feed your family well ♡

Save this for those full-on days and follow me for more recipes like this.
