Lunch is the one that usually gets left.
Breakfast happens because you’re at home.
Dinner happens because everyone needs feeding.
But lunch?
It’s rushed, skipped, or grabbed last minute when you’re already starving.
And that’s usually where the day starts to unravel.
You end up:
* picking at things
* relying on coffee
* or eating whatever’s quickest (and never quite satisfying)
It’s not a motivation issue.
It’s just a lack of structure in the middle of a busy day.
What actually helps is keeping it simple.
A few go-to options.
Some food prepped or ready to throw together.
Meals that actually fill you up (not just leaves and vibes).
Nothing fancy.
Nothing different every day.
Just enough to keep you steady.
This is the kind of thing I focus on with my clients —
simple structure that fits into real life, not around it.
It’s often the bit that makes everything else feel easier.
I’m also working on something behind the scenes at the moment for this exact kind of thing…
If you feel like you just need a bit of structure and accountability to get back on track (without full 1:1 coaching), keep an eye on my stories this week 🤍
