Therapy-Helps Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist (CBT, Solution Focused) specialising in Anxiety, Depression & Trauma I specialise in Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.

I help people break free from limiting beliefs and find the best version of themselves. If you work together with me, we can establish how to get free of your issue, get positivity back in your life, look forward to the future and achieve goals you never thought you could dream of until now. How am I different from other therapists out there? I use an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused theory and Hypnosis. By using a combination of treatments, I am able to treat the problem quickly, reduce the chance of relapse and achieve the best possible outcomes. I have a background in Mental Health Nursing, with thousands of hours of working with patients. When I'm not seeing clients at my practice, I work part time as a High Intensity Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in a local therapy service.
