‘I’m excited to share my incredible 8-week body transformation journey.

I initially joined this program to lose weight, boost confidence, and fit better into my clothes. Choosing a local course at a convenient gym and speaking with Henry assured me it was the right decision to achieve my weight loss goals.

Before starting, I feared hitting the ‘three-week plateau’ as I had for the past few years, but the structure of this course—weekly feedback, HIIT classes, and accountability—helped me push through.
I was surprised by how much I learned and the amazing 14.3kg weight loss. So much so, that I am confident to continue on my own to keep these results coming!

The biggest change has been in my body and confidence, while my mental well-being has remained strong.

Challenges included the initial HIIT class, but by embracing new experiences, I overcame this hurdle. The support from my Henry & Nina, and the PBUT community was invaluable, although I wish I probably should have reached out more, as help was always available!

Weekly feedback and the financial commitment motivated me to succeed, and completing the fourth week was a turning point for my confidence.

This transformation has had a HUGE positive impact on my social life and mindset, especially during summer, a season I previously dreaded with tight clothes and beach visits.

Meet Kev, who’s just completed my 8-week program and the results speak for themselves! 🌟

🔸 Starting Point:

Kev hit his highest weight ever and had to buy new clothes as his old ones didn’t fit.

🔸 Expectations:

He hoped to lose some weight and feel better.

Kevin has smashed his goals, losing 10.5kg of body fat and fitting back into his old clothes! He feels incredible and more energetic than ever.

Midway through, he faced a dip in energy but took a step back, reached out for guidance, then recharged, and powered through.

MINDLESS EATING…

💥 The saboteur of your body goals…!

I was speaking to a new client of mine yesterday and he has quickly come to the realisation that …

he used to mindlessly eat…ALOT!

-Whether it was picking whilst making the kids lunches…
-Or eating their leftovers…
-Or sitting down to watch TV and working through a whole share bag of crisps or a packet of biscuits…

This is MINDLESS EATING

And it WILL derail your body shape goals…

We don’t need the calories…

We WANT them…

Most guys tell me they eat healthy when we first talk, and some do…for their main meals…but a full day of picking and an evening of excess undoes that day of healthy meals…

And

It’s the reason they have gained unwanted weight…otherwise we probably wouldn’t be talking…

Sugar, in particular, plays a tricky role in our hunger signals. When we consume sugary foods, our blood sugar levels spike, causing a surge of insulin to bring them back down. This rapid drop can leave us feeling hungry again, even though our body hasn’t truly expended the calories we’ve just consumed. It’s the insulin response, not actual hunger, that often drives us to eat more.

Over a long period of time, this can have a huge impact on not just which belt hole you use, but on your health and well being…

🧠 Your mental health

🫀Your heart health

🩻 Your joints

💩 Your digestion

These are all controlled by what you put into your body…

If it’s a cocktail of sugar, alcohol and trans fats…then say hello to an early grave. 🪦
