The Bhagavad Gita isn’t a book about escaping life —
it’s a guide for when you’re breaking open in the middle of it.

When you feel lost, return to your dharma.
Act even with shaking hands.
Speak even with a trembling voice.
Choose to stay present in your own life — gently, honestly, courageously.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do
is simply show up.

You see the world through your own experiences.

The good you see in others shows the good in you

The hurt you see in others often mirrors the hurt you still carry.

Our relationships reflect what’s happening inside us.
—————————————————————————————

We don’t see people as they are —
we see them through the lens of our own inner world.

• When you recognise light, strength, beauty, kindness in someone else, it’s because those same qualities already live in you.
Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to recognise them.

• When you feel triggered, hurt, irritated, or scared by someone else’s behaviour, it’s often because it touches a part of you that hasn’t been healed or faced yet.

It doesn’t mean the other person isn’t responsible for their behaviour — it means your emotional reaction is shaped by your own history, wounds, and self-perception.

So basically:

We meet others only as deeply as we have met ourselves.
We recognise in others what we carry inside.

Healing this lets us meet another person with softness, seeing who they truly are,
rather than who our past taught us to expect.

Join us for day 2 of the Nurture Series

A day carved out just for you.
To slow down. To create. To reconnect with your inner hearth-fire. ✨

The Nurture Series returns on 14th December, weaving together everything your winter body + soul are craving:

🌿 Incense + garland making
A morning of Christmas mini-makes, herbs, plant medicine and quiet creativity.

🍲 Warm winter nourishing lunch
A moment to soften, eat, and ground.

💆‍♀️ An afternoon of restoration
Massage, breathwork, meditation and sound therapy — a full nervous system exhale before the festive rush.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, tired, or craving deeper connection with yourself… this day is your invitation back home.

Thinking of coming to a Saturday morning class?

I’d love you to be here 🥰

This morning was an absolute vibe. We got hot, we got sweaty, we came back down to earth and connected with ourselves…. But most of all we laughed a lot 🥰

Contentment… is there a better feeling in this world? Feeling blessed for what this life has offered me 🥰

Om Namo Bhagavate
Vasudevaya

This mantra is one of the most sacred in Yogic traditions

It is a call to the inner Self — the part of you that is eternal, wise. Your light that knows the way.

You use this mantra when you would like life, dharma or destiny to reveal your next step

You are saying you are open to guidance, clarity and protection as well as trusting the path unfolding in front of you even when you do not know what that path may look like.

Energetically :

• Recentres your energy field
• Opens the heart with protection
• Softens ego contractions
• Activates the Higher Self
• Clears karmic residue
• Strengthens your soul path (dharma)
• Sharpens intuition
• Creates an energetic cocoon
• Balances the nervous system
• Lights up the sushumna nadi
• Invokes divine guidance
• Strengthens self-trust

Friends, family, lovers
to love beyond the surface is to surrender your armour.

It’s the strength to be seen when your voice shakes,
to speak your truth not for validation, but for freedom.

To risk being broken, and still stay open.
To trust that what’s meant to stay… will stay.

That’s not weakness
that’s sacred strength. 🤍
