looking forward to practicing with some of you this week - in the mean time I'll share this lovely reminder that I needed on Saturday morning (I was a little nervous about an upcoming event) thinking I wasn't good enough/fit enough blah blah blah -

"So What, the universe didn't ask me to be exceptional, it just asked me to be present" ~ Anyway, I expanded on it and shared at our soothing soundscape last night, I hope this helps you to remember, just show up for you, as you are (if you want to of course) x

After being postponed due to Storm Goretti - our Beat the Blues walk is back!
