The energy is very high today!!
It may feel a little murky but see beyond this, the veil is thin 🌟
Tomorrow is the summer solstice join me in a meditation at 430 am to bring in the light.
Hold a crystal, sit in nature if you can and welcome in the beautiful fresh morning energy.
This is a fire and ice crystal, to join all you need do is visualise this crystal it will connect you to the energetic network and align you to the meditation ☀️☀️☀️

During lockdown I sadly haven’t been able to do one to one reiki and energy sessions but the good news is I’m still doing remote energy work 😊
So basically I tune in using a recent photo to do an energy balance, communication or healing session 😊
This method is very effective and has really good results, I’ve worked with lots of dogs during lockdown in this way and the owners have feed back very positive results.
This method is especially good for dogs and other animals that maybe atm aren’t ready for close proximity work such as those who maybe reactive or shy.
It’s also just as effective with us humans and is very calming and relaxing 💛💛

I’ve had some healing time with Wallace and Lexie this afternoon 😊
Wallace has been working with a double terminal clear quartz on his back, hips and down through his back legs.
Lexie loves to work with her chunk of rose quartz and squirrels don’t get a look in while she’s in the healing zone 💖

Definitely not shorts weather whoops! The dogs had a great time rolling around in the long grass.
