Sound Sanctuary you have been a beaut. 🫶🏼

This afternoons sound bath with herbal teas has the theme of intention setting (been as it’s the new moon tomorrow) but also how we are still the midst of winter - it’s a time to still be resting and working on things underneath the surface. ✨

With intention, flow and alignment , magic is created and felt.

I am very grateful for the ladies that showed up for themselves this afternoon and connected not only to themselves but each other.

It is far more than just a massage!

It is nourishment for your mind , body and soul.

It’s a chance to breathe.

It’s healing.

It’s chance to let go.

It’s a scared place.

It’s therapy!!

My Why… 🫶🏼

It’s shaped by many things, but these moments were the biggest catalysts for me doing what I do today.

💫 Burnout in my early twenties
I started uni knowing deep down the course — and the environment — weren’t right for me. I couldn’t sleep unless I came home, and the whole experience completely burnt me out. It took time to rebuild myself.

Now, I have a self-care toolkit and a deep understanding of how important it is to be kind to myself and show myself love. This is why I create a space for self-care and nourishment — a space I wish my younger self had 🫶🏼

👴🏼 Losing my amazing grandad
Losing him in such difficult circumstances changed everything for me. It made me seriously question my work in the NHS and completely reshaped how I view health and wellbeing.

Not long after, I left my job and began the journey that’s led me here.

🎗️ Endometriosis
I was diagnosed at 19 and have lived with this condition for 13 years. Self-care and nourishment are non-negotiable for me. I work with my cycle to give my best to life.

Being a business owner gives me the flexibility to honour my body — and it’s also why I’m so deeply driven to support women with endometriosis and other women’s health conditions.

🫶🏼 Finding my people
I’ve always felt like an old soul in a young body — curious about the spiritual realm from a very young age (hello imaginary friend ✨). I’ve often struggled to “fit in” and find genuine, like-minded connection.

My business allows me to be fully me, to find my people, and to create a community rooted in shared values and soul-level connection 🫶🏼

✨ Introduction ✨

Over the festive period, I’ve had lots of lovely new followers, so I thought it was the perfect time to re-introduce myself 💫

Hello, I’m Liv 👋🏼

I’m the heart and hands behind Lunar Holistic Therapies in Telford 🌙

Firstly, thank you so much for being here — whether associated, you’re new, a familiar face, or you’ve been walking alongside me for a while 🫶🏼

🤠 I wear many hats. First and foremost, I’m Liv — a holistic therapist, pharmacy technician, dog mum, and also a wife, daughter, sister, and friend.

A few little facts about me:

🌸 Nature is my medicine — I love being outside.

♑️ I’m a Capricorn sun and very much live up to the hardworking, determined (and slightly serious!) stereotype… but I do have a very dry sense of humour.

🌊 Cornwall feels like home. We try to visit as often as we can, and maybe one day it really will be home.

💫 I have tattoos, which people often don’t expect 🤔

✨ I’m a deep-conversation kind of girl — I value meaningful connection with like-minded souls.

🆓 Freedom is my highest value in life — freedom to be exactly who you wish to be.

December Round Up 💫

You’ve been full of rest, food, gratitude and love.

The last round up of the year , and it’s been a month of what’s been needed.

This year has not been easy, it’s probably been one of my toughest years, but this month has brought some lightness, plenty of gratitude and really topped up my happy cup.

We started the month in my happy place, Cornwall, resting, connecting and doing plenty of eating!! For anyone who knows me , knows I love my food! 🤣

My birthday and Christmas came and it was filled with family, friends and traditions- this year the best present has been spending time with those I love so much. There has been some frightening times this year, especially my mum getting diagnosed with cancer and it really does wake you up to the things that really matter. 🫶🏼

There has still been challenges this month however I’ve started to see more light trickle through , I’m so so grateful for and being my earth angels this month and helping support my self care! Truly blessed to have them both in my life! ✨

December you’ve brought laughter, healing, rest and plenty of food! Thank you 🙏
