Children’s Mental Health Week 💛

Big feelings don’t come with an instruction manual… especially for little people.

At Little Mess, we believe mental health in early years starts with the basics: ✨ feeling safe
✨ feeling seen
✨ feeling free to explore, create and just be

Messy play gives children a voice before they have the words. Squishing, pouring, splashing and experimenting helps them:
🫶 regulate emotions
🧠 build confidence
🤍 release worries through play
🌈 feel calm and in control

There’s no pressure here. No right or wrong. No expectations to perform. Just curious hands, happy mess, and grown-ups who understand that play is powerful.

This Children’s Mental Health Week, we’re celebrating the small moments that matter most — the giggles, the focus, the pride, the calm after the chaos.

💗 A Little Glow Valentines Half Term Session for Siblings 💗

Those first sibling moments are so precious…
Tiny stretches, quiet cuddles, sitting side by side under soft lights ✨

This half term, Little Glow Telford South is offering an exclusive sibling session, lovingly created for families with a new baby and an older sibling 🤍

A calm, nurturing space where: 🌙 babies can feed, sleep or cuddle whenever they need
🌙 crying is always okay
🌙 older siblings are gently included and celebrated
🌙 you can step out, take a breather, or leave early — no pressure at all

There’s no expectation to “do” anything here.
No routines to follow.
No timelines to meet.

Just a slow, peaceful session designed to support you while sibling bonds begin naturally 💞

When we asked Magii about why she joined The Little Sensory Co she said;

"The Little Sensory Co has played a pivotal role in my postpartum journey.
That business for sale advert came to me on a day where I told my husband I wanted to do something different, something for me, something creative.

I honestly believe it was fate steering me in the right direction. It's allowed me to step out of my comfort zone, challenge me in a positive and meaningful way and most importantly, give my kids the mom they deserve.
