Due to expansion Northwood Hygiene Products Ltd are looking for additional Operators to join our team. The role will be responsible for running high speed fully automated paper converting machines.

General responsibilities include:

* Follow all Site Safety rules and influence colleagues to do the same
- Carrying out required safety checks
* Carry out Operator Quality Checks to the standard defined in the Quality Procedure
* Set up and run the machine to meet the expected OEE/output rates
* Logical problem solving skills when the machine requires intervention
* Use and develop tools provided, namely:
- Process Fault Trees
- Equipment Operating Manuals
- SOPs
- Centrelining
* Escalate to the management team any defects outside of the agreed quality tolerances
* Follow the cleaning schedules as required by shift or weekly
* Work as a team to keep waste to a minimum
* Perform weekly machine inspections and highlight any defects immediately via the work request system

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, focused and experienced sales professional to join our team.
You will be responsible for the Northern region, (from Stoke and Leicestershire to the Scottish border).
Candidates must live in this part of the country.

Responsibilities include:-

• The Management of designated regional accounts and delivering
profitable added growth by utilising the end-user pipeline process and distributor sales personnel.

• Development of the Northwood branded portfolio in the designated regional territory (eg. Raphael Systems, Whisper, Optimum, Essentials, Perform and ProWiper products).

• Management of the Regional and National distribution group locations in the designated territory.

• Responsibility for managing a set strategy through clear KPI’s and agreed objectives for the delivery of the targeted growth plan.
