Did you know one portion of fruit or veg (80g – your “5 A Day”) is about the size of your clenched fist?
Yesterday in my Mid-Month Motivation group, we focused on increasing fruit and veg, and being more mindful really helped.
I had shakes for breakfast and lunch (with added veg), then spaghetti bolognese in the evening with carrots and peppers added. Small tweaks, but they add up.
It definitely made me think… am I really getting those fist-sized portions in? If I'm honest, most days I probably don't.
That’s why I’m so grateful for my fruit & veg capsules, they help bridge the gap between what I eat and what my body needs.
How confident are you with your daily portions?
