The Great Outdoor Circuit is back this Monday

If you’ve been thinking “I really need to get back into something…” but don’t want anything intense or intimidating… this is for you.

Simple, supportive and in a private field, so no worrying about who’s watching.

It’s about moving your body, getting some fresh air, and starting to feel more like you again.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or just a bit out of routine… you’ll fit right in.
