Tetbury Hospital Trust We provide a broad range of NHS, self pay and insured treatments for the benefit of our community Referrals can also be made by an optician, or a dentist.

In the late 1980s when the NHS ran Tetbury Hospital it was threatened with closure. The people of the town raised over £1 million to ‘buy’ the hospital. Tetbury Hospital Trust Ltd was set up as a charity to run the hospital for the benefit of the people of Tetbury and the surrounding district. At the same time The Friends of Tetbury Hospital came into being with HRH The Prince of Wales as its Patron to act as the fundraising arm of the Hospital. The Friends play an important part in providing the Hospital with new equipment and facilities. We deliver the best care to local communities and our services are available through the NHS e-Referral System which is available in all GPs throughout the Country. We provide a comprehensive service and have excellent relationships with the local NHS Trusts and other Independent Sector healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

ROAD CLOSURE 🚧

Gloucestershire Highways have announced that the road will be closed at the top of Silver Street for access to the Hospital from the town centre from Monday 7th July for 1 week.

We are working with Highways to provide details of the upcoming works so we can provide more information to our patients, staff and visitors. During this time, we kindly ask all patients to allow for extra travel time when visiting the Hospital.

Minor Injuries and Illness Unit Update 🚑

We continue to see patients in our Minor Injuries and Illness Unit who are not appropriate for our Tetbury Hospital service. This means that their care is delayed and it stops us from seeing the patients that we can treat.

We need your help to spread the word!
