Some of our residents enjoyed a lovely stroll around the garden centre today and were quite surprised to see all the Christmas decorations out already! 🤯🎄 After exploring the festive displays, we treated ourselves to cappuccinos and cake while reminiscing about how Christmas decorations have changed over the years. ☕🍰 A truly heartwarming afternoon filled with memories and laughter.

Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside! 🌊 Residents at Emberbrook had a lovely time at Worthing coast. They enjoyed yummy fish and chips 🍟🐟 and then took a relaxing stroll along the pier. 😎 We were so lucky to have such a sunny day and the sea looked absolutely beautiful!

We’ve had lots of birthdays to celebrate recently, including our lovely Catherine (pictured here in her beautiful hat) who turned 101! 💐

Catherine is such a joyful lady and always up for a good old chat whenever I visit. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our Emberbrook family. 💖

Our residents always look forward to Jo’s visits for chair-based dance exercises, and it’s easy to see why! 🎶

With upbeat music, sing-alongs, and plenty of smiles, everyone stays focused on Jo’s moves while having a great time. Residents say they feel better, more energised, and even sleep better at night after their mini workout! 😴💪

Today we had Dee’s little ones visit our residents and what a joyful afternoon it was! 🎈👧👵

They loved playing games together, with Balloon Tennis being the big hit of the day!
There were plenty of giggles and balloons flying through the lounges, and it was so heartwarming to see the children popping into rooms to say hello to those who prefer a quieter space. 💛

🎶 A Magical Musical Moment at Emberbrook! 🎶

We had the pleasure of welcoming Oli, a fantastic flutist, to Emberbrook and what a performance it was! Our residents were completely captivated, listening so intently that you could hear a pin drop. 💫

One resident even said, “It felt just like being at the Proms!” 🎼✨

Thank you, Oli, for such a beautiful and memorable afternoon. We can't wait to have you back!
