Are you feeling sluggish and unmotivated!? 😴
Sometimes rest is the best thing to do… and prioritising enough sleep and a good diet is definitely something not to be ignored.
BUT normally a little bit of movement is absolutely what my body and mind are craving the most!!
When I’m feeling a-bit rubbish, it’s normally when I get the best workouts and it’s normally when I end up teaching my strongest classes!! ☺️
