What actually is a Sound Bath? 🤔

A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” through a journey of sound waves. 💕

These waves are created by various instruments, such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, harps, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. 🎶

Sound Healing can help to…

• Rebalance the bodies energies
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Decrease tension and discomfort in the body
• Improve mood and focus

Normally us teachers are like ships passing in the night, working with our own timetables and classes.

Which is why we deliberately plan frequent community days together.

It always feels so special when we all get together and blend our expertise to create something really special for you all.

Hello Tracey! 💕

Some of you may have been lucky enough to enjoy a little taster of Pilates with Tracey at our birthday class last weekend!

Tracey spoke about taking things back to basics. Back to the mat. Without any props or fancy equipment.

She spoke of the importance of connecting with your body and getting to know it better.

Her classes are all about good technique, developing more balance and control and building strength.

They’re suitable for all ages and experience even if you’re a total beginner!

Come along to try for yourself!

Tracey’s Mat Pilates classes are held on Thursday mornings @ 9.30am!
