There are days when I feel like I need a boost of energy. Days when my energy is hiding somewhere behind a to-do list and a tired brain.

Instead of reaching for more caffeine or pushing through (like I used to), I’ve learned to reset gently and naturally.
I’ll step outside bare foot for a few deep breaths of fresh air — even just two minutes can shift everything. I roll on Elä Life No 3 Pulse Point Oil and let the scent lift my mood. I move a little. Stretch. Put on a playlist that stirs something in me. I wash my face or take a shower using Begin No 1 Body Wash, open a window, and let the energy flow again. And when I can, I pause to jot down a few things I’m that bring me joy in my journal.
These moments might look small, but they reconnect me to myself and the very act of being present helps clear my mind.
And that’s where true energy comes from.
