I simply loved candles. A life time passion brought to life during pandemic times. It was the right moment to make my own magic ones. The lockdown affected us all and still we are living uncertain times, we cannot make long-term forecasts or plans for the near future. I live in a quiet countryside where time seemed to freeze. I am an experienced chef with a 30 years background in the culinary environment. After mixing all sorts of appealing ingredients I have decided to enhance my creative skills by mixing fragrance, essential oils and soy wax. It was the fall of 2018 when I started to study the chemistry of making candles. Since then I have assimilated the theory needed to create this marvellous art and I am attentive to any new practices that arise. Hundreds of hours of research and documentation about candle making and aromatherapy; time invested in experiencing, practicing and carefully testing; understanding the quality of the ingredients and opting for the best ones. It takes patience and resilience to obtain high standard results and an upper average learning curve. I only use natural ingredients and I have a deep respect for the environment.
