My name is Charlotte and I’m a friendly and professional Holistic Therapist & Tutor with over 8 years of experience, working from my treatment room in Little Neston. I love supporting people to feel calmer, lighter and more at home in their bodies.

I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage and I absolutely love helping clients release the tension, tightness and stress their bodies have been holding onto — whether it’s from busy lives, emotional stress, or long-term aches and pains 💆🏽‍♀️

Alongside massage, I also offer Reflexology, which I use to support people with things like:

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I am so excited to be back at work in 2026! I just love my work so much. I feel so blessed to be able to help others in so many different ways, each day.

January is already looking like a busy one for me with treatments. With Deep Tissue Massages being the most popular, closely followed by Reflexology. Both of these treatments are my favourites to both give and receive. They’re popular for a good reason.

Feb is looking busy already for courses with one Angelic Reiki 1&2 course and a Reflexology course too.

I want to thank all of my lovely clients and students for their support in 2025! I cannot wait to see you all throughout 2026 to keep you all feeling AMAZING!
