Hello and welcome to my reinvented page. Having had a successful celebrity styling career for over 25 years I have decided to follow my true passion for mindfulness, meditation, life coaching, crystal healing and NLP. As a fully insured and certified coach, I use my experience and knowledge to guide others toward personal growth, awareness and happiness. I have practiced meditation for over 35 years and the benefits are lifechanging and transformative. The power of regular meditation for stress management and lifestyle happiness has helped me maintain balance and focus throughout the hectic and challenging experience of the entertainment industry. My expert knowledge in the field of human relations and ego-driven behaviors has equipped me with a sensitive and present approach to facilitating my bespoke classes and individual coaching. Having empathy and intuition allows me to connect with the needs of others. Every single Client Celebrity and person that I have ever styled has said to me at one time or another, I hate my clothes. I’ve got nothing to wear. I need new things. When you run a small business, and get up very early and work late to the night even scrawling Welsh just sitting in bed you will often suffer with insomnia. How do I know because I’ve done it! Try putting your phone down at least an hour before you go to bed give your mind a rest instead of being driven by your thoughts. Allow yourself the space to observe them. Working too hard will not make you more productive but it will make you very overwhelmed.

Style on the outside begins on the inside. How we dress is often a quiet reflection of how we see ourselves. When we rush, play safe, or hide in our clothes, it’s rarely about fashion – it’s about permission. Permission to take up space. Permission to choose. Permission to feel comfortable in our own skin. Mindfulness is simply the pause that lets us notice our habits and gently choose differently. You don’t need a new wardrobe. You need the courage to trust yourself, one small choice at a time.

THE LIME GREEN DRESS……. confidence is a learned prediction your brain makes. It’s your nervous system saying, “I can handle what happens next.”

It’s built from memory. From experience. From surviving awkward moments and realising you didn’t die of embarrassment. From speaking up once and discovering the world didn’t collapse. From wearing what you choose to wear and not being concerned with what others think or say.

In scientific terms, it’s self-efficacy, a concept developed by Albert Bandura. It means you believe you can take action and cope with the outcome. Not that you’ll be perfect. More that nothing dangerous is about to happen!

You’re not confident because the dress is safe. Lime green is not safe. It’s bright. It announces itself. It doesn’t apologise.

You’re confident because somewhere along the line you decided:
• Other people’s opinions are survivable.
• Visibility is not danger.
• You are allowed to take up space.

That’s maturity. That’s practice. That’s repetition.

Confidence grows when:
• You stop outsourcing your worth.
• You tolerate discomfort instead of avoiding it.
• You act before you feel completely ready.

It’s less about the dress.
More about your relationship with being seen.

Confidence isn’t a personality trait. It’s behavioural courage repeated over time.
You didn’t wake up magically brave.
You became someone who can stand in lime green and stay standing.
