Empower Pilates Norwich Pilates classes in & around Norwich focusing on breathwork, balance & form. Emma is qualified as a Level 3 Matwork Pilates Teacher.

Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced you are welcome to join us within a supportive, friendly & fun environment 🧡 She studied and then qualified with Body Control Pilates in London, the internationally recognised and largest provider of Pilates in the UK. She is involved with clients of all ages and fitness levels and provides one to one, duet and small group classes. Emma began her Pilates journey in 2017 following an osteopath recommendation due to shoulder and back problems, as well as a pre-existing curiosity of the practice and a desire to better her physical health. Empower Pilates offers a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment in which each individual can achieve a much greater flexibility and mobility. Emma is committed, devoted and enthusiastic about Pilates and it’s benefits. She continues to study, expanding her knowledge and regularly takes on further courses. Most recently Pilates for scoliosis and is currently studying Pilates for the older person. She is passionate about passing the joy and benefits of the Pilates method on and wants to instill the feeling of wellbeing that it brings, to all of her clients, both old and new.
