Sometimes life can get on top of us and if you’re busy running a home or business or both, doing all the mum stuff, helping friends and family it can all begin to feel a bit too much.

Anxiety can slip into our lives, procrastination can enter stage left and all of a sudden we’re not coping as well as we’re used to.

I know I’ve been there and sometimes something new will trigger those negative loops on a whole new ‘problem’ to start overthinking on.
