Hi guys,
It's been a while since i've done a reintroduction on my page so to all my new followers, here's a little about me.
I’m Richard Taylor, Personal Trainer, owner and head coach at Tiger Fitness and The Functional Fitness Suite
With over 10 years of coaching experience, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term fitness through smart, structured training.
Alongside running my coaching business, I also serve as a retained firefighter, which has strengthened my focus on discipline, teamwork, resilience, and high performance.
I'm also co owner with my beautiful wife of an events company called Tiger Events East Anglia
I specialise in Fitness Racing, building strength through range of motion and bringing people together to improve their mental wellbeing.
I currently run eight small-group PT sessions per week, alongside offering 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 personal training from my own private gym.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy photography and exploring National Trust sites with my wife, which helps keep balance, creativity, and perspective in both life and work.
