Struggling to feel motivated this New Year? You’re not alone. I think this snowy weather makes it harder as work is the last thing we want to do! ☃️
If January has arrived and you’re already feeling stuck, flat or procrastinating, please know this isn’t a failure on your part.
Often, a lack of motivation isn’t about laziness or willpower. It’s a sign that something inside you needs attention.
It might be:
• Fear of getting it wrong
• Old habits that once protected you
• Emotional exhaustion
• Grief, stress or overwhelm
• Or a part of you that isn’t ready to move forward in the way you think you “should”
I know that personally some of these connect with me! We are human, we are individual and that is how I work with you.
