I am delighted to be offering regular weekly daytime and evening yoga Nidra sessions from the New Year.
Every Tuesday evening 6.30-8.00pm and every Friday 1.00-2.30pm.
I also offer Friday evenings but they are fully booked until March.

Groups of only 4 women at a time. You are required to do nothing at all, except lie in comfort and warmth and listen to a deep guided meditation.
