💆🏻‍♀️ Your shoulders are up by your ears most of the time and your upper back & neck feel tight

Just wanted to leave this one here….

Which person are you?
Are you an exerciser or are you a trainer? 💪

My goal currently (well I have 3)
1. I want to look and feel my best on holiday in May with my daughter 😬😂🙈
2. I want to be able to take my daughter up to the top of Ben Nevis as she has done the other 2 of the national 3 peaks
3. Look and feel my best in my ballroom dresses now that I have started dancing and my first competition is at the end of April.

I am pushing as hard as I can to be the best version of myself mentally & physically for these challenges.

The DOMS I feel from training will be totally worth it in the end for myself 💕

Focus on a mix of strength training (squats, push-ups, dumbbells) and cardio (running, cycling, hiking) to maximize fitness.

Weekend Warrior ideal exercise plan 💪

Saturday (Intensity & Strength): Start with a 30-45 minute full-body strength circuit (e.g., dumbbell rows, goblet squats, lunges) followed by a 30-minute high-intensity cardio session like running or cycling intervals.

Sunday (Endurance & Recovery): Engage in a longer, slower, and more enjoyable, moderate-intensity activity such as a long, brisk walk, hike, or leisurely bike ride, ideally for 60-75 minutes.
